Complete Forging Turnkey Solutions – From Concept to Production
Build Your Forging Plant with One Engineering Partner
Setting up a successful forging plant is not only about buying a forging press.
The actual challenge is to make cutting, heating, pre-forming, forging, trimming, sizing, tooling, automation and production engineering work together as one reliable manufacturing system.
Adhvika Forge Tech Pvt. Ltd., we provide complete forging turnkey solutions for customers planning a new forging facility, expanding an existing forging shop or developing a new forged component.
From the initial component drawing and feasibility study to machine selection, die development, plant layout, installation, commissioning and production support, our team works with the customer throughout the complete project.
Electric Screw Press + Forged component + Robotic handling
Complete automated forging turnkey solution with electric screw press and robotic handling by Adhvika Forge Tech

What is a Forging Turnkey Solution ?
A forging turnkey project means that the customer does not have to coordinate separately with multiple machine manufacturers, tooling suppliers, automation companies and process consultants.
We study the component and develop the complete manufacturing route around it.
Depending on the forged component, a typical production line can include:
Raw Material → Cutting → Induction Heating → Reduce Rolling / Preforming → Forging → Trimming → Piercing → Sizing / Calibration → Inspection
For automated lines, robotic or mechanical handling can be integrated between different operations.
This approach helps ensure that every machine is selected according to the actual component, production volume, material, forging temperature and required cycle time rather than purchasing machines independently and trying to integrate them later.
Our Complete Forging Turnkey Scope
Component Study & Forging Feasibility
Every project starts from the component—not from the machine.
Our engineering team studies:
- Customer component drawing
- Final component weight
- Forging weight
- Material grade
- Annual/monthly production requirement
- Forging temperature
- Part geometry
- Flash requirement
- Grain flow requirement
- Required operations
- Forging load
- Blow energy
- Die size
- Machine bed requirement
- Automation feasibility
- Expected cycle time
Based on this study, we develop the recommended forging process and equipment configuration.
