Our company specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality forging tools and press components for the forging industry. With strong in-house facilities and an experienced technical team, we produce a wide range of products including forging press bolsters, insert covers, die clamps, moving bolsters, heating bolsters, and forging dies used in both cold forging and hot forging applications. Our facility is equipped with 2 Nos. Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) with a large bed size of 3000 mm × 1500 mm (Column Type), designed for heavy-duty and high-precision machining. These machines allow us to handle large forging bolsters, dies, and complex components with excellent accuracy and stability. The large working area enables machining of bigger parts in a single setup, reducing errors and improving efficiency.

The machine provides excellent stability and rigidity, allowing precise machining of large surfaces with high accuracy. It is especially useful for handling heavy workpieces that require strong cutting capability and consistent dimensional control.

This machine is used for turning, facing, threading, and machining of shafts, sleeves, and round forging components.
